This is our favourite recipe to make! Tastes so good and is so easy to customise to however way you like. It makes eating healthy easy!

What you’ll need to make one serving:

½ - 1 Banana for the smoothie(depending on your choice of thickness/flavour)

300ml Milk of choice

1 - 1 ½ tsp of Thea Matcha

1 heaped tsp Honey

3 Tbsp yoghurt of choice

Seasonal fruit of your choice – strawberries or mangoes are always a must when in season

Step 1: Roughly chop the banana for your smoothie and prepare the fruit toppings – thin slices look great on these bowls. We used banana and strawberries.
Step 2: Blend the banana, milk, honey and Matcha in a blender for a minute or two or until fully combined
Step 3: Pour it into your bowl, add a layer of yoghurt on one side then start to organise the fruit, Matcha, coconut, seeds and nuts to your liking.
Step 4: Enjoy the perfect smoothie bowl, morning, lunch or for a light dinner

To make this vegan - skip on the yoghurt and use a nut or soy milk
